Custom Badge Requirements
Some custom badge orders require identification such as State/Federal and Local Law Enforcement.
We require a Department ID to be faxed to 954-827-0133 to process your custom badge order. The ID must match the name of the person placing the order. We may also accept a letter on department letterhead stating the person placing the order is authorized to purchase a custom badge representing that department. The letter must be signed by a superior officer.
Some custom badge orders that do not require identification: Loss Prevention, First Aid, Forensics, Fugitive Recovery, Asset Protection, Bail Enforcement, Concealed Weapon Permits, Security Officer, Private Investigator.
