How can I order?

You may order online, postal mail, phone or by fax.

Ordering online with a credit card or paypal is fast and secure! Ordering by postal mail with a check and money order can be done easily by using the online order method but selecting “PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER” on the check out page. You may then print the order and mail it in if you have access to a printer. Your order will be saved in our system awaiting payment.

We would be honored to offer you a discount. Send us an email with the items you wish to purchase and you will receive a reply!

Can just anyone order a custom badge?

Generally yes, but credentials are required for some badges. Be sure to read the requirements before ordering custom made badges.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

All products except custom made badges/custom insignia and custom cut leather products are refundable.

If you ship a return using first class mail we suggest delivery confirmation. Please include your invoice number on your return or a copy of receipt.

Return any unsatisfactory items within 30 days of the invoice date for refund, credit to your account, exchange or adjustment.

How long will it take to get my order?

US Postal Service (USPS) is our standard methods of shipments inside the United States. First Class mail and Priority Mail services are available when you check out.

We treat every order as priority. Most orders are shipped the same day (M-F).

Custom made badges generally take 4-5 weeks for production depending on the model and finish.
