Return Policy
All Agent Gear USA products are refundable except custom made badges. We ask that you inspect the entire order when it arrives, to make sure you have received exactly what you ordered. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with what you have ordered from Agent Gear USA, you may return it (except custom made badges) - (within 14 days of the purchase) for a replacement, refund or credit.

We recommend you insure the package and use a ship method that is trackable. We can only process returns for items we receive. Save your receipt and tracking number until the credit is processed.
