E-mail is the best way to contact us if you have any questions. E-mail Dave@CaseBreakers.com - or fill out the online Contact Us form. We check e-mail all day long by computer, by iPhone -- whatever it takes to answer your questions right away!
- If you have a question about your order, please be sure to include your order number.
- Photos can also be sent to the above address for Custom Photo ID card orders. We can also accept photos via txt message (cell). Contact us for the number.

- Return any unsatisfactory items within 14 days of the invoice date for credit to your account, exchange or adjustment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For more information about returns please see our Return Policy.
- Credit card orders are accepted online, over the phone, fax or postal mail.
- Please note your credit card statement will reflect our parent company name "Case Breakers, Inc.", and not Agent Gear USA.
- We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.
- Money orders, personal checks and cash are accepted (US Currency Only), but a 3-7 day holding period applies to checks and money orders.
- United Parcel Service (UPS) and the US Postal Service (USPS) are our standard methods of shipments inside the United States.
- We treat every order as priority. Most orders are shipped the same day (M-F)
- Select low cost products are shipped through USPS free or with a small shipping and handling fee. You can get a shipping quote by zip code on the shopping cart check-out page.
- Please email your complete shipping address to Dave@CaseBreakers.com with the products you want to buy for a shipping quote to an address outside the continental United States.
- PayPal, money orders, personal checks and cash are accepted (US Currency Only), and a 7 day holding period applies to bank checks and money orders for international orders.
- All products except custom made badges are refundable.
- If you ship using the standard postal service we suggest delivery confirmation.
- Please include your invoice number and explanation of return or exchange.
- All returns must be mailed to the snail mail address.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
