Shirtless Mug Shot Censored By LAPD

Mug shots are rarely flattering to anyone. This is especially true if you are photographed with no shirt and your physique is less than stellar. That's exactly what happened to Eduardo Ibarra Perez.

Perez was photographed bare-chested and since his chest region more resembled a female physique than a male's, the authorities used a flesh-colored bar to conceal his chest. This mug shot has given a true visual representation to the term "man-boobs" all across the media. Mysteriously, the LAPD has not provided any explanation as to why the perpetrator was photographed shirtless in the first place.

Mr. Perez made it on to the Los Angeles Police Department's "Most Wanted List" after he threatened to kill his wife during a domestic dispute and followed through by shooting her in the head. Perez has a history of other domestic violence situations in the past. He is currently at-large, still considered armed and dangerous.
